IFC202 Interface Cable
MadgeTech’s IFC202 interface cable communicates between the Micro series data loggers and the MadgeTech software. Through this interface, loggers can be started, stopped or downloaded.

The IFC202 has been redesigned, and is now “plug and play”. It can be directly connected to a computer without installing any drivers and is compatible with Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista (32 and 64 bit), and Windows 7 (32 and 64 bit) operating systems. The improved IFC202 can now operate at up to 500 Volts RMS relative to the computer’s earth ground when attached.

The IFC202 is equipped with communication LED's, that provide a quick indication of the device status. The blue light illuminates when the device is plugged in and successfully recognized by Windows. The red light flashes when data is sent, and the green light flashes when data is received.

The IFC202 is compatible with the MicroTemp, MicroRHTemp, EggTemp, EggTemp-RH and EGMS.

The IFC202 is available with an extended warranty.

BROWSE WIRELESS TINYTAG DATA LOGGERS

Data loggers using wireless communications for measuring temperature and humidity, ideal for larger sites/applications.
This Tinytag wireless data logging system consists of a receiver which is connected to a PC and a number of radio loggers (or wireless data loggers). Each radio logger is a self-contained, battery powered unit that can receive, log, store and transmit data to other radio loggers, as well as the central receiver.

Each radio logger (or wireless data logger) has a line of sight range of up to 200 metres, but there is no limit to the number of loggers you can have, or to how far away you have them. Data will always find its way back to the PC because it can be relayed from one logger to another logger in range, until it finds its way back to the receiver. The loggers will dynamically adjust to deal with obstructions. If a logger is unable to find a path back to the receiver, its data is stored locally until such time as a path becomes available.

This combination of features delivers a very robust radio network which ensures that data is never lost during transmission. The radio software provides mechanisms for third party integration using Modbus or http accessible CSV files. This software is also fully compatible with 'wired' Tinytag products and existing users will find the interface familiar. Data from the receiver can be accessed over a network.

FAQ's

The Active Repeater for T24 Wireless Telemetry T24-AR is an active repeater designed to increase or extend range and overall coverage of T24 Wireless Telemetry Acquisition Modules. The repeater allows T24 modules to transmit around obstacles such as building or walls, etc.

The Active Repeater for T24 Wireless Telemetry acts as transparent link between the Acquisition modules and the Consumer, e.g  Base Station or Handheld Display. The Repeater is powered by either a pair of alkaline ‘D’ Cells or an external power supply (5-18 Volts).

The T24-AR will allow messages to be repeated once which can effectively double the radio range. T24 has a range of up to 200m (650ft) without the use of a repeater. Adding multiple repeaters will not increase the range but can increase overall coverage.

  • Active Repeater T24-AR module to increase or extend range and overall coverage
  • Allows T24 telemetry transmission to span around obstacles such as buildings or walls, etc.
  • IP65 rated NEMA4 protected
  • Integrated PCB antenna
  • Simple configuration via PC using base station & T24 Toolkit software
  • Battery power supply or external power supply
  • 1 year manufacturer’s warranty
