BBL-1 Stainless Steel Beam Load Cell

Ranges 5kg to 500kg.
Stainless Steel Fully Welded Construction.
Environmentally Sealed to IP68.
Can be supplied with vessel mounting assembly or shock mounts

The BBL-1 series of beam load cells have been specifically designed for use in a wide range of weighing applications; including vessel weighing and floor scales. It is equally suited for use in a wide range of force measurement applications.

There are a number of mounting accessories, which are available to make installation easier and to ensure that the best system accuracy is maintained.

The BBL-1 series can be supplied on it's own or combined with our extensive range of instrumentation to provide a complete system.

The Micron Meters range of Pioden Transducers has been widely used for many years.

The BF2 is constructed from stainless steel and is available in ranges between 2kg and 50kg.

The BF2 offers an excellent size/performance ratio, at a competitive price. The stainless steel dual cantilever design enables the rejection of off-center forces, making the first choice in a number of material testing and weighing applications.

Micron Meters can supply the BF2 on it's own or integrated with any of the wide range of strain gauge based instrumentation available from Micron Meters.

The SWA-1 series of products uses a stainless steel double ended shear beam design, sealed to IP68 and is supplied as a complete assembly with mounting brackets. The mounting bracket assembly enables simple mounting for the engineer on site. It incorporates a number of key features that enables the best-installed accuracy to be realized. These include anti-lift off mechanism, compensation for thermal expansion and off-axis loading.

The SWA-1 is available in 5 different sizes (full details shown on the reverse of this data sheet). The standard mounting assembly is of a painted alloy steel construction, with a stainless steel option available for food, hygienic or corrosive applications.

The SWA-1 series can be supplied on it's own or combined with our extensive range of instrumentation to provide a complete monitoring or control system
