The Micron range of Load Measurement Pins are designed for general use. They are machined from high tensile stainless steel and are normally supplied complete with an anti-rotation plate.
They are built to exacting standards and are suitable for use in exposed situations and can be supplied to withstand immersion in seawater.
This range of load cells is Proof Loaded to 150% of the normal rated load.
We offer a standard range of pins, covering the ranges between 0.5tonne to 1500tonne. However the nature of this style of product means that most pins are manufactured to meet customers' specific dimensional requirements.
The LMP range can be supplied as shown in this datasheet or can be modified to meet a particular application requirement. We are always pleased to discuss any special requirements that can be accommodated. The LMP series can be supplied on it's own or combined with our extensive range of instrumentation to provide a complete load monitoring system. |

The LMP Load Pin is available with many different options. Micron Systems regularly design custom Load Pins, which can be specified using our Load Pin Questionnaire.
The LMP or most custom design versions can be offered with built in electronics offering a wide variety of analogue voltage or current signals, using our ICA range in amplifiers.
We can also offer RS485 digital signals (in various protocols), using our DCELL range of amplifiers, or CANbus using our D-CAN range. |
