DIN Rail Transmitters

DIN RAIL TRANSMITTERSMicron DIN rail transmitters are available for a wide range of physical parameters and duplicate the high performance (high accuracy, high read rate) and extensive programmable features of 1/8 DIN Micron digital panel meters, counters and timers. They utilize the same signal conditioners, much of the same firmware, and the same Windows-based instrument setup software, but come in a DIN rail mount package that is only 22.5 mm wide. Standard features include serial communications (isolated), a 16-bit analog output (isolated), a transducer excitation output (isolated), and dual solid state relays for alarm or control.

Strain gauge & potentiometer (full scale ranges down to ±200 mV)
Load cell & microvolt (full scale ranges down to ±20 mV)
Temperature (ultra-linear output for 7 thermocouple types and 2 RTD types)

Pulse Input Transmitters, 4-20 mA or 0-10V Output
Dual Channel Frequency (for frequency, rate, or period)
Dual Channel Pulse Input Totalizer (Rate or total. Selectable square root extraction)
Arithmetic Functions (applied to rate or total w/ 2 channels: A+B, A-B, AxB, A/B, A/B-1)
Duty Cycle (transmits ON or OFF period in percent of total period)
Stopwatch (timing for single events or accumulated events)
Time Interval (average time of periodic events)
Phase Angle (for angular phase offset in degrees of AC waveforms)
Quadrature (position or rate from quadrature encoder signals)

LTM Series Micron Modbus & Serial I/O Transmitters

ModBus and SerialRS232, RS485 (half or full duplex), and Micron ASCII or Modbus protocols are user selectable.
