Overview RTR-500 Series - Wireless Thermo Recorder

Our RTR-500 Series Data Loggers are equipped with built-in wireless communication capability. The RTR-501, 502, and 503 are compact and durable data loggers featuring waterproof and dust proof construction. The RTR-505-TC, 505-Pt, 505-V, 505-mA, and 505-P are data loggers designed to measure and record temperature (Thermocouple/Pt), voltage, 4-20mA, or pulse. The RTR-574 is a data logger designed to simultaneously measure and record UV light, illuminance, temperature, and humidity. * When describing or explaining these products here and in other materials, the RTR-505-TC/505-Pt/505-V/505-mA/505-P are collectively referred to as the "RTR-505".

TR-50U - Communication Port for USB
TR-50U is a Communication Port to download data measured and recorded by Thermo Recorder TR-51i/51S and/or TR-52i/52S to your computer. Overview TR-71Ui/72Ui - Temp/Humidity Data Logger

While the TR-71Ui measures and records two channels of temperature, the TR-72Ui is designed to simultaneously measure and record temperature (1 Ch) and humidity (1 Ch). The TR-71Ui/72Ui is a USB type data logger that enables the downloading of recorded data by connecting directly to a PC. Also, the newly added infrared communication function can now be used to collect recorded data from the TR-71Ui/72Ui without a PC. By using a Data Collector TR-57DCi with infrared function, the collected data can be easily displayed in graph form without physically gathering the loggers, enabling the immediate on-the-spot checking of continually-changing data.

What is "RTCA DO-160E, Section 21"?
RTCA stands for "Radio Technical Commission for Aeronautics", a not-for-profit corporation formed to advance the art and science of aviation and aviation electronic systems for the benefit of the public, helps to develop standards to assure the safety and reliability of all airborne equipment. (http://www.rtca.org) The "DO-160E", published by RTCA, is widely used as a standard for environmental qualification testing to show compliance with appropriate airworthiness requirements. "Section 21 of DO-160E" concerns the "Emission of Radio Frequency Energy". The tests in this section are performed to determine that the device does not emit radio frequency interference in excess of the specified limits. Every carry-on electronic device must comply with radio frequency emission and susceptibility guidelines outlined in "Section 21 of the RTCA DO-160E" document, whether it flies in the passenger cabin or cargo hold. The "DO-160E" is recognized by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) as a de facto for international standard "ISO-7137".

	TR-81 has been designed to be used with any three-wired platinum resistance type (Pt100-type or JPt 100-type) sensor. Overview WDR-3 - Network-Dedicated Instrumentation Data Logger
	WDR-3 is a network compatible data logger that records output voltage and ON/OFF(point of contact) signals from various type of sensors and measuring devices and with its network connection allows the user to download the measurements and data. WDR-3, has a built in network connection function which allows the user to connect to any type of network, including the Internet for the monitoring of real time measurements; giving the user a low-cost way to monitor measurement signals in real time over great distances.

Notice
The WDR-3 is designed solely for network communication. It does not include any RS-232 or USB communication interface. To use this product, please make sure to connect it to a network. Moreover, in order to use this product via the Internet, the user will need other devices, such as a router, and must first make necessary arrangements such as establishing an account with an Internet Service Provider for a line and obtaining a fixed IP address, domain, etc. When making settings in a WDR-3 without any settings already made (when purchased or after resetting), it is necessary to carry out these settings using a wired LAN connection. After having made all the necessary settings via the wired connection, it is possible to use a wireless LAN connection.

Overview RTR-61 - Wireless Food Core Temperature Data Logger

The RTR-61 Wireless Core Temperature Data Logger is a handy-type device which acts both as a thermometer and a temperature recorder that has been designed to easily measure and record the internal temperature of food items and liquid temperature, featuring a needle-type sensor. The RTR-61 enables effective HACCP-based temperature management for food safety, making it ideal for use in food-processing environments. This product has been designed to meet IP64 standards (splash resistant; rated for use in daily life). When the <REC> button on the RTR-61 unit is pressed, the Temperature, Date / Time, User Name, Item and Over-Limit Judgment are recorded into the RTR-61. The sensor type and length can be selected to meet individual needs. In order to carry out the downloading of data from an RTR-61 unit, it is necessary to purchase one of the Push Wireless Communication Sets â€œRTR-61SK or RTR-61SK-Wâ€ (sold separately).

RTR-500GSM - Mobile Base Station
	The RTR-500GSM is a Mobile Base Station which can carry out wireless communication and is equipped with GSM phone network capabilities. It can be used as a Base Unit for our newest RTR-500 Wireless Data Logger Series* and if within in communication range for GSM cellular phone service it can be used for transmitting data and warnings from the mountains, on the sea or for any other out of the way places; perfect for tracking data while in transport. When a measurement exceeds an upper or lower limit and has been judged by the RTR-500GSM to qualify as a warning; a warning report can be sent via e-mail or SMS to specified e-mail address enabling the user to always stay in the know about changes in measurement readings.

RTR-500NW/AW - Network Base Station
	The RTR-500NW/AW is a network base station with built-in Wireless and LAN Communication Capabilities. The RTR-500NW/AW can be set up to automatically download recorded data from an RTR-500 Series Wireless Data Logger via wireless communication, and then send that data via a network to an e-mail address, FTP folder or T&Dâ€™s own WebStorage server. It can also monitor for warnings and send warning reports across a network to specified addresses. The RTR-500NW/AW comes in two models: RTR-500NW for a wired LAN and the RTR-500AW for a wireless LAN connection.

RTR-500 - Wireless Base Station / Repeater
	The RTR-500 can be used as either a Base Unit for our RTR-500 Wireless Data Logger Series or a Repeater for extending wireless communication range. Easy-USB connection for performance as a Base Unit makes it perfect for on-site use. By registering the RTR-500 as a Base Unit, it is possible to Download Recorded Data and Current Readings from Remote Units and send the data by e-mail or FTP to a designated address. Moreover, by sending the recorded data to our online service "T&D WebStorage Service, it is possible to carry out Monitoring of Current Readings and/or Warnings as well as share the data via a PC web browser.

TR-57DCi - Data Collector Infrared Communication Type
	The TR-57DCi is a Data Collector designed to collect recorded data from data loggers (T&D Thermo Recorders and Voltage Recorders). It can be used to gather and check recorded data on the spot without having to manually gather the data loggers. Recording settings such as Recording Interval and Recording Start can also be made directly from the TR-57DCi into the logger. Compatible devices for use with the TR-57DCi include TR-5i Series (Infrared Communication Type), TR-5S/5 Series, RTR-500/5 Series, TR-7Ui/7U/7S Series, and VR-71 Data Loggers.

RTR-500DC - Handheld Data Collector
	The RTR-500DC is a user-friendly wireless communication Data Collector designed for hand-held portability. By carrying out wireless communication with Data Loggers, it is possible to start and stop recording and collect data from loggers placed in remote locations without having to manually gather them. The collected data can then be easily displayed in graph form in the LCD display of the RTR-500DC, enabling the immediate on-the-spot checking of data. RTR-57U - Wireless Data Collector
	Our Revolutionary Wireless RTR-5 Series is a system wherein the data measured and recorded by the data logger units can be transmitted to any of our handy multi-functional Communication Interfaces (RTR-57U / RTR-50 / RTR-5W) via short wave radio communication. The transmission range is up to 100 meters if direct and unobstructed. TR-50U - Communication Port for USB
	TR-50U is a Communication Port to download data measured and recorded by Thermo Recorder TR-51i/51S and/or TR-52i/52S to your computer. The collected data can be downloaded to your computer via the included software "Thermo Recorder for Windows (TR-5,7xU)" where you can use the software to create colorful graphs , tables, export text files, as well as manage files and control printing.

VLD-5EU/5US - FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Compatible Software
	T&D Recorder VLD for Windows, the revolutionary software application exclusively designed for use with T&D's Thermo Recorder RTR-5 Series is complete with the following unprecedented functions: Security (Software Operation Password Protection and Prevention of Data Manipulation via Password) and Recording of Software Operations History (Audit Trail). In order to perform validation and comply with validation standards set out in FDA21 CFR Part 11, these were added to the standard functions of our original software T&D Recorder for Windows, which helps manage recorded measurement data, including the display of recorded temperature and humidity data in graph form. *Does not include RTR-52Pt and RVR-52A.

VLD-5WEU/5WUS - FDA 21 CFR Part 11 Compatible Software
	RTR-5W VLD for Windows, the software application is complete with the following functions: Security (Software Operation Password Protection and Prevention of Data Manipulation via Password), Encrypted and Password Protected Data Files and Recording of Software Operations History (Audit Trail). In order to perform validation and comply with validation standards set out in FDA21 CFR Part 11, these were added to the standard functions of our original software RTR-5W for Windows. NOTE: This software cannot be used with RVR-52 / 52A units.
